Tomato and Anchovy Sauce

Tomato and Anchovy Sauce

This is a classic and all time favorite, really fast to make, only 20 minutes tops! Use Bucatini, Linguini or Spaghetti. Here I used Bucatini a thick pasta with a small hole through it’s center but any thin pasta will do. Use spaghetti, linguini or spaghettini.

Shrimp with Linguini and Tomato

A favorite of mine, you can make the sauce and hour or so before without the shrimp and then heat the sauce and throw the shrimp in 4 or 5 minutes before the pasta is ready so that everything comes off the stove at the same time.

    I wanted to take a minute to say that I do try and weigh as many of the ingredients as I can. I think it helps make recipe results more consistent. Of course professional bakers even measure liquids by weight. I don't mind pulling out my little digital scale when I need to.
