I can’t imagine anything as simple or versatile as these little beauties. Besides whipping a little heavy cream and mixing in a bit of horseradish they practically make themselves.
Feel free to change the type of fish, smoked haddock, trout just about any fatty smoked fish will do.
Salmon Canapes 1
Easy as anything can be but very elegant and stylish. Who gets tired of smoked salmon or most smoked fish.
Ingredients
- 24 frozen Bellini's
- 1 200 gr smoked salmon
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 3-4 tbsp Horseradish - preferably fresh prepared will work well
- 3-4 radishes for decoration
- Few sprigs fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Defrost the Bellini's, whip the cream add half the horseradish and fold in. Taste and add more until you like it, also add a bit of salt and black pepper.
Notes
If you can't find Bellini's in the supermarket you can easily substitute toasted white bread cut into small rounds.
