Cocktail Parties - Always fun a great way to celebrate the arrival of an old friend back into town, an anniversary or just an easy way of getting together with long lost friends. Cocktail parties are a great way of informal and fun entertaining.

Dinner Parties - Anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, entertaining a business client a formal dinner can be exciting and impressive to your guests.

Brunch - The ultimate in being cosmopolitan at 2 in the afternoon, Bloody Mary's for breakfast, Eggs Benedict, bagels with cream cheese and chives and lashings of smoked salmon. The list is endless! A perfect way of entertaining on a Sunday afternoon when you need to worry about work on Monday morning.

Summer BBQ or Pool Party - With everything and everyone al fresco, they should be informal, fun and relaxed affairs, enjoy your guests and don't forget to lie back catch a little sun. There are no rules, regulations, or dress codes. You don’t have to think about seating plans, how many people fit around your dining-room table, or stashing coats in spare bedroom. A pool and BBQ party is the essence of summer.

Bridal Party/Shower - The newest trend in bridal parties or showers is "Afternoon Tea". A bridal tea party is an ideal function for the girls to get together for a sophisticated and polished afternoon of chitchat while catching up with one another. Picnics - Who said that a picnic has to be ham sandwiches, potato salad and mosquito's. Have a beautiful picnic basket filled with delicious salads, a roast chicken, seared tuna and a couple of bottles of good chilled white wine. It can be as simple or as elaborate as you like, pack up a bit of china, linen, a fold up card table and couple of chairs and live life like the gentry.

Thanksgiving - The only American holiday that everyone should adopt. Beautiful roast turkey with stuffing, home made cranberry chutney, sweet potato's and delicious deserts. The one holiday each year that does not require you to do anything or buy any presents. It's all about eating, sharing with your closest friends and family and just being grateful to be together.

Advent/Lucia - We have all been to those boring glugg parties that we love and love to hate. It doesn't need to be that way. Although a traditionally casual affair, it is easily dressed up. Canapes, warm creamy winter soups of carrot with ginger, small sandwiches and some great table decorations and suddenly Lucia becomes a lovely and cozy celebration filled with friends and conversation.
