Individual Tartlet Molds

There is nothing quite so impressive as a huge tray of individual Raspberry Tarts.

These are perfect for individual portions. Use them for open fruit tarts, cheese tarts and many other things where individual pastry cases are needed.

They come in various shapes and sizes. These are the ones I find most useful for baking purposes. I have 24 of them so that I can bake enough for that many guests at the same time. Don't forget if you roll out too much dough, mold and freeze any extras you might have for later use. They should keep in the fridge for at least 3 months well wrapped.
