Spring
Form Pans / Cake Pans
Probably
the most versitile and useful of all baking equipment you
will purchase. Buy good quality pans and they too will last
almost forever and they are not really very expesive these
days.
They
are used for cakes, tarts and and cheese cakes. You will need
to buy 2 of each size for layer cakes. You should have the
2 basic sizes shown here. They usually come with a flat bottom
and a ring form for coffee cakes that are interchangable.

These two spring form pans are
24 cm. x 6 cm dep and 20 cm x 6 cm deep
or 9 inches x 2 1/2 inhes deep or 8 x 2 1/2 inches deep. |
