Canapé or Miniature Tart Molds

These are really small about the size of your thumb. When I bought these I must have been feeling rich because I remember I thought how much for those? They are really good quality, heavy and work really well for baking tartlet and canapé shells.

No matter how small your tartlet cases need to be the quality of the molds really counts.

I have really knocked them out by presenting a massive silver tray with an assortment of finger sized raspberry, blueberry and strawberry miniature open fruit tarts.

They can also be used for savory canapés. Think luxury; try small lobster or crab in hollandaise canapés. Use your imagination, it's a bit of work but well worth the compliments you will get.
