Miniature Tartlet Molds

These are some cheap little molds I picked up that I use for miniature open fruit tarts. I bought 16 of each, which seems more than enough.

Although these do the job I have to keep a close eye on them while baking. It seems they like to brown up a little too quickly as they are made of thin cheap aluminum or something like it. In retrospect I wish I had bought the heavier and better quality molds.
