Bundt Pan

In the States this is called a bundt pan and is usually sold by the amount of dough or cake mix it will hold. The one here seems to be the most useful one for me.

This is also one of my second hand finds and it has held up for an awfully long time. It is made of cheap molded aluminum and is coated with something so that it does not react with what I bake in it.

It has also come in handy as a mold for cold custards and mousses .


My bundt pan holds 1 1/2 liters of batter/cake mix
or 6 cups
