Nasturtium
Edible Flower and Leaves: Nasturtium (literally "nose-twister" or "nose-tweaker"), as a common name, refers to a genus of roughly 80 species of annual and perennial herbaceous flowering plants (Tropaeolum majus) ("Trophy"), one of three genera in the family Tropaeolaceae. Climbing perennial, light green leaves with brightly colored blooms of yellow, orange and red.
Season:
Nasturtiums begin blooming in June and will continue straight through the summer so long as they can climb. I have been told that the varieties with variegated leaves are relatively bug resistant.
Uses in Cooking:  

Flowers, seeds and leaves have a peppery taste and are used as a flavoring. The leaves and flowers are used in salads.

I have never seen Nasturtiums in any form but as a whole plant. Available from mid May.
Other Uses:
As they are edable Nasturtiums are great for decorating foods keeping in mind they have a peppary flavor.
