Popularly used as a pickling spice. Add ground mustard seed to sauces, dips, eggs, cheese dishes, tofu and salad dressings. Yellow mustard seed is milder than brown and is the seed we use for the making of yellow mustard. It is also used a good deal in Indian cooking. |
