Well now that the holidays have passed and we are well into the beginning of the year I thought that for a change I would start by listing what our dinner meals are over this coming spring. I am hoping that it will give you some ideas concerning what to cook for dinner. If I have a recipe up for something we are eating I will link it for you.

January 18 Tonight we had American Pancakes with maple syrup, bacon and fried eggs. (childrens food but really good).

Try these two simple recipes. Although the pork takes a long time on the stove it doesn't need any attention at all. In order to keep up I have spent this morning getting up a couple of recipes that I think will be useful.

Cooking with Friends Just click on the "Recipes" header and you can pick what you are interested in. Most of you know how much I like to cook so here are some of the things that I make and enjoy cooking.

Private Chef & Event Organization - for the times when your entertaining is too intimate for a caterer and everything needs personal attention or the event is just so large you need all hands on deck.

Cooking Lessons - The purpose of cooking lessons is to teach you how to be more creative and confident in the home kitchen environment, and to help you to expand your culinary techniques.

This web site began as a result of my many friends asking me for recipes. It has turned out to be a bit of a cooking diary covering what I eat and the things that I love cooking. It's my great work in progress, so stop back regularly for ideas.

I do cook privately as a personal chef for friends and business people who's work demands they entertain. I am not a caterer I am a personal chef which means an extremely personal service for my clients. You can read more about it by clicking "Private Chef" on the left.

Cooking lessons for small groups are something that I love doing and can be arranged as well, click "Cooking Lesson", on the left for more information.
